What is FIXD?

FIXD instantly tells you why your ‘Check Engine Light’ is on, how severe it is, and how much the repair should cost (all in simple and easy to understand terms) – leaving shady mechanics in the dust – no longer able to rip you off!

FIXD uses your smartphone to display important information about your car. The FIXD device itself is pretty small and plugs into the OBD (on-board diagnostics) port of your car. Every car build since 1996 has one.

How does FIXD work?

Once you plugged in the FIXD. It will connect with your smartphone trough Bluetooth automatically. You can now open the FIXD application and scan your car. After the scan is complete, it gives you a status update of your car. Here it will show what is wrong and how much it will cost to fix. Even recommending a honest mechanic nearby when needed.

Easy to use app

FIXD comes with a free easy to use app. This app allows you to see the health of your car in real time. Even giving you updates when something is wrong with your car. When a problem with your car is detected, the FIXD app will show you what is faulty, how much it will cost you and the consequences of driving with this problem. Lastly, it even recommends a honest mechanic nearby. Preventing you to get ripped off with repair bills.

FIXD Features:

Check Engine Light – Get notified when the check engine light comes on and see how many problems were detected.

Maintenance Timeline – See the manufacturer recommended maintenance timeline for your vehicle so you know when you’re due for service.

Mileage Detection – Our algorithm determines your mileage so we can alert you when you are approaching important maintenance.

Continuous Monitoring – FIXD will alert you if we have detected a problem with your vehicle.

Vehicle History – See a history of problems detected in your vehicle to keep a running log.

Multi-Vehicle Control – Remotely monitor the health and status of other vehicles with a FIXD sensor.

This is one of my favorite gadgets of all time. No more going to a shop to get the check engine codes checked and interpreted by someone else. It also alerted me while I was driving that I had two new codes. I drove immediately to the place I intended to get it repaired and the mechanic told me if I hadn’t brought it in when I did, I might have to pay for much more costly repairs and my car breaking down on me. The app is also constantly being updated and made better.

We got the 2 sensors deal, so my wife and I could decipher that dreaded check-engine light. Although we ran into a few installation issues; thanks to timely, excellent and extraordinary technical support from Casey and Davis at FIXD, those issues quickly became a thing of the past. Excellent diagnostic tool for my car. Stays in place. Never had a problem with the Wi-Fi. The alerts are useful. However, the main use is the cost estimates for everything. It’s powerful to be able to hold that up to the mechanic and be like “wait a second that estimate is way over.”

Awesome device. My old device had me spending about a $1000.00 just on replacement parts. Bought FIXD just to double c heck. Thank God I did! A piece of electrical tape fixed my car temporarily and 29.00 repaired my car. Thank you so much!
